Corporate Development, M&A Senior Analyst (SaaS)

Location: United States of America; remote-friendly

Base compensation: $125,000–$188,000 USD annually, plus applicable bonus. A separate compensation listing states $138,410–$173,012 USD.

What you will do

• Conduct market mapping, identify acquisition, investment, and technical partnership targets, and manage the M&A pipeline across 10–15+ concurrent targets.
• Plan deal kickoffs, facilitate discussions with internal stakeholders, and coordinate target engagement.
• Set up and manage secure data rooms, oversee NDA workflows, and distill diligence findings into critical questions and insights.
• Build and maintain standalone P&L, retention, synergy, cost, ROI, and other financial models throughout the diligence process.
• Coordinate due diligence workshops, prepare executive and board-level recommendations, and support the handoff to post-merger integration.
• Optimize M&A processes through the adoption of agentic tools and AI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in corporate development, private equity, or strategy consulting, ideally with software, SaaS, or technology exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced financial modeling and strong analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create executive-ready deal summaries, memos, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong organization, independent execution, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience or product exposure in integration and automation, data management, API management, or AI management.
