Cient Relationship Representative (Fintech)

What you will do

• Promote payment and financial services directly to prospective merchants.
• Onboard new merchants and assist with verification and activation.
• Monitor portfolio performance and resolve emerging merchant issues.
• Present product features and benefits to business clients.
• Visit clients and attend industry events to strengthen commercial relationships.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of business development experience, preferably in payments, FMCG, retail, or another relevant sales function.
• Ability to identify business potential and the value of technology-driven commercial solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and confidence communicating with people at different levels.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across parallel projects.
• Business-level English and Portuguese.
