What you will do

• Create, customize, and optimize Shopify storefronts with an approximate 60% coding and 40% design focus.
• Build reusable Shopify sections, templates, modular UI components, Liquid functionality, and custom page logic.
• Design responsive, accessible, and visually consistent experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Develop branded promotional and flow emails for product launches and marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
• Optimize storefront conversion, engagement, usability, customer journeys, and campaign landing pages using analytics insights.
• Own initiatives from concept and information architecture through implementation, QA, launch, and iteration across the hirify.global D2C and Omada D2B stores.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Shopify Web Designer, Shopify Developer, or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of responsive web design, accessibility standards, UI systems, and modern front-end practices.
• Experience with reusable Shopify sections, modular layouts, scalable storefront systems, metafields, metaobjects, dynamic sources, and custom CMS-driven structures.
• Understanding of e-commerce UX, customer journey optimization, and conversion-focused design.
• Ability to troubleshoot Liquid rendering, third-party app, and CSS conflicts.
