Vice President, User Experience & Design (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States

Base pay range: $240,000–$340,000 USD annually

Clari and hirify.global are building an AI-powered Predictive Revenue System for enterprise revenue teams, combining revenue context, data, workflows, and predictive analytics.

What you will do

• Define and execute a unified UX strategy across the full product portfolio.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to influence the roadmap and represent user needs at the executive level.
• Lead the evolution toward an AI-first experience, including the use of generative AI and predictive analytics in the interface.
• Lead, scale, and inspire a global team of approximately 17 designers.
• Oversee the design system, accessibility, UI consistency, and design-to-engineering handoffs.
• Build a research-led culture using qualitative and quantitative insights in major product decisions.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in UX or Product Design.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role at VP level within a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Deep experience with B2B revenue, CRM, or sales technology and related user personas.
• Experience building and shipping AI-native products, including prompt engineering, model transparency, and trust in automated workflows.
• Ability to combine high-level product strategy with detailed design-system work.
• Experience implementing design thinking and agile UX methodologies across multiple product lines.
