Data Scientist (AI)

What you will do

• Analyze customer usage, telemetry, and operational data to identify insights that support product innovation, customer experience, and business growth.
• Develop algorithms, data-driven applications, AI-powered analytics solutions, intelligent assistants, and predictive and prescriptive models.
• Design and optimize data collection, transformation, and analytics pipelines for scalable and reliable decision-making.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of cleansed data.
• Create visualizations, dashboards, and data storytelling materials for technical and business stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering, product management, and business teams on data and AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, or advanced analytics; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning, predictive modeling, and real-world business problem solving.
• Understanding of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, modern data engineering methodologies, and cloud-based analytics or AI platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience developing analytics applications, AI solutions, or Generative AI use cases.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models, prompt engineering, Retrieval Augmented Generation, vector search, or AI agent frameworks.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Azure AI, Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, or equivalent platforms.
