Statistician (Data Science)

What you will do

• Develop and apply statistical techniques, including multivariate and regression analysis, to derive conclusions from manufacturing data.
• Build high-performing predictive models and data visualizations to address business objectives and client needs.
• Create reports and dashboards to identify patterns and quantify sources of variation in data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making through rigorous data collection and analysis.
• Maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) infrastructure and ensure high standards of data integrity.
• Research new methods in statistics, data science, and machine learning to optimize products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Data Science, or Applied Mathematics.
• Must be based in or able to work in Kulim, Malaysia (Hybrid model).

Nice to have

• Master's or PhD in a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and JMP.
• Experience with Machine Learning and predictive model development.
• Knowledge of semiconductor process capability and manufacturing analytics.
