Advisor Onboarding Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Dallas or Culver City office

Salary: $79,000–$107,000 USD per year for Dallas, TX

What you will do

• Own client implementations from post-sale handoff through launch, including committed asset migration and time-to-value.
• Build and manage implementation plans covering timelines, dependencies, risks, milestones, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Compliance.
• Run discovery, tailor onboarding and training to each advisory firm's workflows, and cover advisor and client experience, account opening, funding, trading, fee billing, and reporting/integrations.
• Report transition health through weekly risk, ownership, and next-step cadences while documenting open items and escalation paths.
• Identify implementation friction and product gaps, and improve playbooks, templates, and training based on engagement learnings.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, transitions, or client-facing operations; B2B financial services experience is strongly preferred.
• FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses are required.
• Deep understanding of independent wealth management, RIA operations, and custodial transitions.
• Demonstrated project management experience across multiple concurrent client implementations.
• Executive presence, cross-functional influencing skills, critical thinking, sound judgment, and strong organization.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and active listening skills; proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel.
