Senior Engineer I-Software (Microsoft .NET)

Location: On-site in Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States; Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day. Occasional meetings outside normal business hours may be required to support global stakeholders.

Annual base salary: $70,304–$105,000 USD, plus restricted stock units, quarterly bonuses, health benefits, retirement savings plans, and an employee stock purchase plan.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, implement, debug, and support custom enterprise applications for manufacturing and engineering functions.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft .NET applications, reporting solutions, integrations, and ETL processes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, customers, technical users, and non-technical users to define requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Lead application initiatives covering solution design, development standards, testing, implementation, documentation, and support.
• Support scalable and reliable applications across domestic and international sites.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, mentoring, delegation, and progress monitoring for assigned team members and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline.
• 5–7.5 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, implementing, and supporting business or enterprise applications.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL, stored procedures, data modeling, and technical documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects or team activities, mentor others, and work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor manufacturing or FAB environment experience.
• Experience with manufacturing execution, engineering, production, reporting, automation, or data systems.
• Experience with Microsoft O365, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, Team Foundation Server, or similar tools.
• Project management experience involving planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
