UX Writer

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany; hybrid work with up to two work-from-home days per week. Remote work from another location is available within Germany or selected countries abroad for up to 20 days per year. A relocation package is available for moving to join the Düsseldorf office.

What you will do

• Craft UX copy for the Hotel Search product across multiple product squads.
• Partner with UX Designers and Product Managers during product development, design sprints, kickoffs, and stand-ups.
• Collaborate with Localization and UX Research teams on internationalization, copy measurement, and research initiatives.
• Prepare Phrase keys and Jira tickets for translation requests.
• Shape AI workflows and experiment with ways to improve writing efficiency and quality.
• Integrate accessibility best practices into product copy.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in UX writing, copywriting, or content strategy, ideally in digital product development.
• Native-level English and a strong track record of writing polished US English copy.
• Performance-oriented mindset with the determination to achieve ambitious goals.
• Curiosity about AI tools and automation, with an active interest in applying them to writing work.
• Learning mindset, openness to feedback, and commitment to continuous growth.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Phrase and Figma.
• Interest in internationalization best practices.
• Experience building AI workflows with tools such as Claude and Cursor.
