Documentation Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Create and maintain product documentation, standard operating procedures, knowledge bases, and release notes.
• Structure information architecture so knowledge is easy to find, reuse, and scale across teams and audiences.
• Develop and improve documentation standards, templates, style guides, and quality processes.
• Collaborate on docs-as-code workflows and keep documentation current through frequent product releases.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Support, Legal, Instructional Design, and Training teams to capture and validate knowledge.
• Translate complex product and AI concepts into clear guidance for customers, partners, internal teams, and non-expert audiences.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience owning documentation in a scaling SaaS, AI, or product-driven company.
• Strong experience creating technical and customer-facing documentation, including product documentation, APIs, and help centers.
• Experience building documentation standards, templates, and processes in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Confidence explaining AI or agent-based concepts through clear, structured guidance.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a fast-paced docs-as-code environment.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach with strong ownership, product thinking, and focus on user journeys, enablement, and adoption.
