Senior Content Designer (AI)

Location: Berlin or Munich, Germany; hybrid setup with office attendance twice a week

What you will do

• Shape customer-centered experiences from early problem framing through delivery and iteration with Product Design, Research, Product Management, and Engineering.
• Lead Content Design for complex experiences across the dealer ecosystem, connecting journeys and touchpoints across teams and product areas.
• Develop AI-powered and language-based dealer experiences by evaluating language, interaction, and AI behavior.
• Apply language, information architecture, content strategy, and interaction design to clarify complex customer and business problems.
• Use research and data to develop recommendations, evaluate outcomes, and influence product decisions.
• Scale Content Design expertise through AI, tools, patterns, standards, and guidelines, while collaborating with B2B Marketing on product narratives, naming, and terminology.

Requirements

• Significant experience in Content Design, UX Writing, or a similar product content role on complex digital products and customer journeys.
• Strong writing craft, with the ability to create and evaluate clear, precise, accessible, and inclusive language, including for generative experiences.
• Experience with information architecture, content strategy, interaction design, and complex user journeys.
• Ability to frame ambiguous problems, develop a point of view, make recommendations, and influence decisions across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience using research and data to inform decisions, challenge assumptions, and evaluate work.
• Excellent written and spoken English at C2 level or equivalent, plus confident communication in German, French, or Italian.
