Logistics Operations Support (Mandarin and German Speaking)

What you will do

• Monitor operational metrics, identify deviations, and escalate potential issues.
• Provide first-line support for operational inquiries, requests, and incidents from internal teams and external partners.
• Document operational procedures, guidelines, and troubleshooting materials.
• Collaborate with logistics, customer service, and IT teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve workflows.
• Collect and analyze data, prepare reports, and support operational decision-making.
• Test and implement operational tools, systems, and processes while supporting process improvements and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in operations support, administration, or coordination.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Effective communication skills in Mandarin/Chinese and German are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce or logistics.
• Familiarity with operational software or systems such as WMS or CRM.
