Senior Fraud Reviewer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Review suspicious transactions and take timely action to prevent financial losses.
• Investigate merchants and Sales Promoters associated with suspicious or high-risk activity.
• Assess new merchant registrations for potential fraud and risk factors.
• Investigate user-reported account hack complaints and monitor social media for fraud related to the brand.
• Maintain accurate fraud investigation records, prepare management reports, and collaborate with internal teams to improve detection and prevention processes.
• Track emerging fraud trends and use current detection tools to mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in fraud detection or investigation.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills, including solid SQL skills.
• Conversational English is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
