Senior Creative Producer

Location: Irvine, California, United States; on-site

Salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of multi-channel creative projects from brief through final delivery.
• Build and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation across in-house and external teams.
• Produce in-house photo and video shoots, coordinating crews, schedules, and logistics.
• Run stand-ups and creative reviews across design, CGI, motion, and external vendors.
• Manage agency relationships, including scope, timelines, and deliverable quality.
• Provide stakeholders with structured updates on project health, risks, and delivery progress.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a creative producer or project manager in an agency or in-house studio.
• Strong command of workflow tools such as Smartsheet, Notion, Jira, or Asana.
• Deep understanding of brand identity, 3D/CGI, photo/video production, and motion workflows.
• Experience producing in-house shoots, including crew coordination, logistics, and scheduling.
• Proven ability to manage internal teams and external agencies simultaneously.
• A portfolio is required for consideration.

Nice to have

• Working familiarity with Figma for navigating files and leaving feedback.
• Experience negotiating scope or timelines with external agencies.
