What you will do

• Lead U.S. field operations covering demonstrations, trials, installations, deployments, and field support.
• Own end-to-end execution from customer request and mobilization through delivery and ongoing support.
• Build a disciplined project delivery engine and locally manage Project Managers across programs, demonstrations, installations, and complex deliveries.
• Establish and operationalize U.S. test sites, integrating them into scheduling and delivery planning.
• Align warehouse, inventory, facilities, assets, people, and sites with field demand and project schedules.
• Embed health, safety, compliance, and proactive risk mitigation into field execution.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or a similar function.
• Background in defense, aerospace, or highly regulated high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience operating in global, multi-site environments.
• Engineering or other technical qualifications are preferred.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business is desirable.
• Customer-oriented leadership with strong ownership and accountability.
