Senior Backend Engineer - International (SDE 3) (Python/Golang/C++): Building scalable microservices and backend services for lending platforms with an accent on event-driven architecture, real-time credit scoring, and fraud detection. Focus on designing reliable systems, benchmarking and load testing, diagnosing complex production problems, and integrating cloud infrastructure and machine learning models.

What you will do
- Design and implement backend services for lending platforms such as .
- Build scalable services and tools using open-source frameworks and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Product, Business, and Sales teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Write maintainable, high-quality code and own parts of the system in an agile environment.
- Benchmark, load-test, diagnose system issues, and implement solutions to technical challenges.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and research into modern backend technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
- At least 3 years of software development experience.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computer science fundamentals.
- Professional experience with Python, Golang, or C++.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven programming.
- Proficiency in HTTP, web services, OAuth, RESTful APIs, and Linux.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud-based systems and infrastructure services such as AWS or GCP.
