What you will do

• Apply backend programming fundamentals and work with technologies such as Kafka, AWS, and MySQL.
• Solve data structures and algorithms problems by clarifying requirements, identifying edge cases, and dividing solutions into testable functions.
• Design and implement normalized database schemas using relational database systems.
• Explain time and space complexity while balancing optimization with practical scale requirements.
• Apply unit testing, integration testing, and debugging techniques.
• Communicate technical thoughts and opinions clearly and concisely.

Requirements

• Understanding of programming fundamentals and backend development concepts.
• Ability to work with data structures and algorithms and explain time and space complexity.
• Knowledge of relational database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Understanding of database design, normalization, denormalization, indexing, and query optimization.
• Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and debugging techniques.
• Clear and concise communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or Go.
• Experience with Kafka, AWS, or MySQL.
• Knowledge of MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Experience in data modeling and database management.
