What you will do

• Implement, configure, and manage core security solutions including EDR, DLP, DAM, PAM, and SIEM.
• Strengthen the security of Linux, Windows, and macOS environments.
• Manage and optimize SIEM architecture (IBM QRadar), including complex log source integrations and rule tuning.
• Manage SOC processes and oversee incident response lifecycles to effectively mitigate threats.
• Conduct security assessments to protect web applications and design/implement WAF policies.
• Collaborate with service providers to monitor and manage security services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer/Mathematics Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in information security or cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in managing EDR, SIEM (QRadar), and DLP tools.
• Strong understanding of security concepts such as asset management, vulnerability management, and network/hardware security.
• Solid knowledge of operating systems including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• English: B2 required

Nice to have

• Experience in payment, banking, or fintech industries.
• Knowledge of Central Bank regulations, KVKK, ISO 27001, and/or PCI-DSS standards.
