Category Manager

What you will do

• Analyze industry trends, consumer insights, sales data, platform capabilities, and business strategy to plan category and brand structures.
• Develop category sales plans, business objectives, operational timelines, product development priorities, procurement plans, and inventory strategies.
• Research markets and sales channels to source suppliers and brand partners, negotiate pricing and rebate terms, and allocate products across channels.
• Manage the full supplier lifecycle, including onboarding, performance reviews, contracts, cost management, logistics coordination, and after-sales service.
• Manage product listings, availability, labels, pricing, product detail pages, advertising copy, live streams, short videos, and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze category and brand performance and develop improvement plans aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• Experience in category or brand planning, procurement, supplier management, product operations, or business analysis.
• Ability to analyze market trends, consumer insights, sales data, product categories, and price segments.
• Experience developing sales and procurement plans and managing inventory against business targets.
• Ability to negotiate supplier pricing, rebates, contracts, and other commercial terms.
• Ability to coordinate product operations, marketing activities, logistics, and supplier performance management.
