Senior Category Specialist (Autos and Goods)

What you will do

• Co-own the strategy and quarterly and annual planning for the Autos and Goods verticals.
• Monitor supply and demand, listing quality, buyer-seller matching, and seller retention to improve category health.
• Research, design, execute, and evaluate pricing, premium-package, and monetization experiments.
• Build seller segmentation and translate segment insights into playbooks for Product, Commercial, and Marketing.
• Partner with Product on discovery, A/B test design, analysis, and post-launch optimization.
• Use SQL, BigQuery, AI tools, and automation to create reusable dashboards, reports, and revenue and market-health insights.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, or classified platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, Excel or Google Sheets, and self-service dashboards.
• Experience designing, executing, and analyzing end-to-end monetization or pricing experiments.
• Proven AI and automation mindset, with experience independently driving multi-stakeholder projects.
• Fluent English and Vietnamese are required.
• High attention to detail, especially in data reporting for leadership decisions.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Vietnamese automotive or consumer-goods market.
• Experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Google App Script.
