Marketplace Seller Experience Training & Quality Professionals

Location: Istanbul / Maslak, Turkey; hybrid workplace. The role includes flexibility through work-from-abroad opportunities and a summer working model.

What you will do

• Develop and operate quality check frameworks, scorecards, and calibration routines for support operations.
• Translate quality insights into coaching, process improvements, and targeted training.
• Analyze training gaps and prioritize learning needs for seller-facing support teams.
• Design training content using modern learning practices and multiple formats.
• Manage seller training projects from scope and timelines through stakeholder alignment, delivery, and post-launch evaluation.
• Maintain onboarding curricula, certification paths, and upskill programs while incorporating AI, RPA, assistants, and other new tools.

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics, or Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital experience, project management, or process development.
• Experience delivering training in English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English are required.
• Ability to work in agile, iterative environments and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical, customer-driven, proactive, self-managed, and results-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Product management experience.
• Experience with modern learning tools and AI/RPA-based assistants.
