What you will do
- Generate, refine, and consolidate product ideas, market research, and customer requirements with R&D, sales, marketing, and operations stakeholders.
- Develop customer surveys, collect feedback, and present insights to internal teams.
- Benchmark market offerings and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
- Analyze partner and end-user feedback to define product iteration requirements.
- Organize blind tests and product attribute reviews to validate product experience and design decisions.
- Lead the transition from prototypes to pilot and commercial stages through testing, validation, and collaboration with the NPD team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in product design, engineering, energy systems, physical sciences, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of product development experience in portable power stations or energy storage.
- Experience with product benchmarking, customer feedback analysis, and translating insights into product requirements.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and product testing processes, including engineering and technical validation testing.
- Fluent spoken and written English required.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
