Associate Validation Engineer (High-Speed)

What you will do

• Support new product design meetings and develop test approaches for evaluating semiconductor products.
• Build validation solutions covering software, hardware, and documentation, and select appropriate bench-top test equipment.
• Develop test automation using Python or LabVIEW.
• Perform hands-on testing and high-speed laboratory measurements on optical components, ICs, and modules operating at data rates of 10Gbit/s and above.
• Contribute to validation reviews, findings, and clear, accurate validation reports.
• Work with designers, product, test, and applications engineers while developing knowledge of signal integrity and Altium PCB schematic entry and layout.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, EE/ECE, or a closely related discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience; the role is designed for recent graduates.
• Curiosity about electronics, testing, and measurement, with a willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to remain focused and positive in a fast-paced, dynamic R&D environment.
• Team-oriented approach, including knowledge sharing and asking questions.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to learn new tools and techniques independently.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
