Sr./Staff Design Engineer (DCDC) (Taipei/Hsinchu)

What you will do

• Design mixed-signal power management ICs from the transistor and resistor level through system level.
• Develop PMIC products and DCDC, load switch, and e-Fuse solutions.
• Work on buck, boost, LDO, load switch, storage power, client power, and enterprise power projects.
• Run simulations, create behavioral models with SIMPLIS, and supervise layout.
• Participate in the full product development cycle from product definition through release.
• Support ATE development using design-for-test methods.

Requirements

• PhD or MSEE in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of analog circuit design experience.
• Experience with analog and power management design, including buck, boost, buck-boost, high-performance LDO, switching battery charger, Vcore multi-phase controller, LED driver, or AC-DC converter design.
• Experience with analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• High-voltage design experience.
• Experience with ADC, DAC, AFE, amplifier, or op-amp design.
