BD Manager, Japan (AI)

Location: Tokyo, Japan; on-site. The role is based in Japan and requires business travel as needed.

What you will do

• Develop domestic and international business for AI data collection and labeling services.
• Implement annual business plans and deliver business goals and performance indicators.
• Lead business negotiations, pre-sales communication, cooperation planning, contract negotiations, and signing.
• Maintain customer relationships, visit customers, and track project progress and needs.
• Design external cooperation strategies and coordinate product and operations resources to improve project execution.
• Monitor industry developments, analyze customer and market information, and prepare reports for decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• More than 3 years of experience in the AI industry.
• Knowledge of data collection and labeling and related industry cooperation models.
• Successful sales and bidding experience for large-scale projects valued above one million.
• Strong business development, coordination, communication, negotiation, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Result-driven approach, sense of responsibility, initiative, and resilience under pressure.
