Analyst, Business Development, Consumer (Mobile Advertising)

What you will do

• Build, negotiate, and develop partnerships with app developers and consumer app businesses.
• Advise clients on hirify.global solutions, user acquisition strategies, campaign optimization, and creative strategy.
• Develop data-driven growth strategies, investigate performance issues, and propose multiple solutions.
• Build relationships with C-suite stakeholders and translate their goals into strategic plans.
• Identify opportunities, prioritize accounts, handle objections, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with technical, operations, and product teams to resolve partner issues and deliver strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally in mobile advertising, performance marketing, gaming, or a related industry.
• Proven client management, retention, and business growth experience.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High-level written and oral English communication skills required.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Strong motivation and willingness to learn and grow.

Nice to have

• Experience in mobile advertising or performance marketing.
• Startup experience or contribution in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort working with technology, data, developers, and complex business problems.
