Sales Data Analyst, Assistant Manager (IC)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end tracking and analysis of GMV growth, promotional spend efficiency, sales channels, merchant operations, and store performance.
• Design monthly sales targets, incentive plans, performance tracking, and discrepancy-resolution processes.
• Collect and organize data from multiple sources and create reports and dashboards.
• Analyze sales promoter performance, identify growth opportunities, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with sales, business, product, analytics, engineering, and data science stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Develop and maintain sales data marts, investigate complex data issues, and document data marts, pipelines, and findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field.
• At least 7 years of experience as a Business Data Analyst, Sales Data Analyst, or Product Analyst.
• Advanced SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Mode, or Looker; data warehouse modelling; and data pipeline automation with Airflow or dbt.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Python programming skills.
• Experience using AI coding agents or assistants such as Claude or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience leading a team of analysts.
