TL;DR
Intern Customer and Pricing Support (Customer Service and Pricing): Supporting order processing, pricing requests, consignments, invoice submissions, and operational data management for customer service and pricing teams with an accent on accuracy, internal controls, and process documentation. Focus on identifying order and pricing discrepancies, maintaining Excel and SharePoint records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will do
- Support order processing and follow up with Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service Assistants.
- Assist with consignment management and tracking.
- Create and maintain Open Order Reports.
- Support pricing requests while ensuring accuracy and compliance with SOX internal controls.
- Assist with invoice submissions through customer portals and identify order, pricing, or customer-request discrepancies.
- Maintain process documentation, SOPs, job aids, files, and databases while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Advanced or fluent English, written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in progress in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a similar field.
- Interest in Customer Service, Operations, or Pricing.
- Basic knowledge of SAP or Salesforce.
