Intern Customer and Pricing Support

Location: Polanco, Mexico City, Federal District, Mexico

What you will do

• Support order processing and follow up with Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service Assistants.
• Assist with consignment management and tracking.
• Create and maintain Open Order Reports and support pricing requests.
• Submit invoices through customer portals and identify order, pricing, or customer-request discrepancies.
• Maintain files and databases in Excel and SharePoint.
• Document processes, update standard operating procedures and job aids, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Advanced or fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Teams.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Part-time availability.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in progress in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a similar field.
• Interest in Customer Service, Operations, or Pricing.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or Salesforce.
