Location: Onsite at hirify.global's headquarters in New York, United States; hosted January 11–15.

What you will do

• Learn market-making fundamentals and how trading is conducted at hirify.global.
• Complete immersive exercises using expert trading tools.
• Solve daily team-based trading puzzles.
• Develop and present a team capstone trading project.
• Meet and network with senior traders and leadership.

Requirements

• Be a second-year undergraduate student graduating in 2029.
• Demonstrate an excellent academic background; relevant fields include engineering, computer science, data science, statistics, and mathematics.
• Show outstanding quantitative problem-solving skills and mathematical aptitude.
• Have intermediate or advanced programming experience, preferably in Python.
• Be interested in pursuing a career in financial services.
• Be motivated, curious, collaborative, and able to work toward collective goals.
