Operations Internship: Summer 2027

What you will do

• Support operations that enable millions of trades to move through exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Work with trading desks and supporting teams on analytical projects across the business.
• Analyze trading data and profit-and-loss information.
• Automate operational processes and improve trade lifecycle efficiency.
• Research new business opportunities and help identify solutions to trade breaks and financial risk.

Requirements

• Be pursuing a degree in Finance, Math, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Plan to graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree within one year of the internship program.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and independent-working skills.
• Have advanced Excel knowledge; experience with Python, HTML, VBA, or SQL is preferred.
• Be flexible, curious, entrepreneurial, and interested in innovation and financial markets.
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available now or in the future.
