Senior Content Manager

Location: Remote from Poland or Ukraine

What you will do

• Create short-form social media content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and X across selected products.
• Develop long-form thought-leadership content for LinkedIn in line with SEO requirements.
• Create social media slides, carousels, and infographics using AI-assisted content and design tools.
• Distribute and amplify content across online communities, groups, and other relevant channels.
• Monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and identify trends using native dashboards and SocialPilot.
• Prepare quarterly performance presentations covering metrics, changes, drivers, learnings, and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media management and content writing.
• English proficiency at C1+ level.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and an understanding of how to use them in marketing.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
• Ability to work remotely from Poland or Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience working with SaaS products or in a product-led company.
• Basic Figma skills, including editing text, adding URLs to visuals, and exporting files.
