Senior Content Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco or New York City, United States

Salary: $150,000–$190,000 per year for U.S.-based positions

What you will do

• Create content for consumer and enterprise use cases across email, social media, in-product copy, support pages, FAQs, video scripts, case studies, white papers, outbound emails, onboarding guides, and blogs.
• Develop a distinctive written voice and tone to support word-of-mouth growth and audience engagement.
• Identify content opportunities using user-generated content and testimonials across social media.
• Translate complex AI topics and feature releases into clear copy for non-technical audiences.
• Manage external communication calendars across email, newsletters, and social media.
• Track and optimize engagement metrics using Google Analytics and internal data while collaborating with Design and Brand.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in content writing and strategy, ideally with a consumer technology brand.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a distinctive voice and tone.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing B2B content marketing, newsletters, blogs, and company content from 0 to 1.
• Experience working with international brands and multiple languages.
