Sr Engineer Process Engineering (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Develop and modify semiconductor process formulations, methods, and controls to meet quality standards.
• Create, analyze, and review technical charts and process data.
• Establish SOPs and FMEAs for related processes.
• Assess product development requirements for processing compatibility, costs, and schedules.
• Integrate equipment and material capabilities with process module and technology specifications.
• Drive continuous improvement plans and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process performance.

Requirements

• Degree in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in an electronic production environment, preferably a wafer fabrication facility.
• Basic equipment and process knowledge with strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
