Lead Associate - SQL Developer (Data Engineering)

What you will do

• Build and maintain foundational data architecture and engineering practices for hirify.global North America.
• Assemble complex datasets and scalable data pipelines using medallion architecture.
• Design and improve infrastructure for data extraction, transformation, loading, scalability, and delivery.
• Automate manual processes through metadata orchestration and build analytical tools for business performance insights.
• Support Executive, Product, Data, and Design stakeholders with data infrastructure and technical issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience building and optimizing big-data datasets, pipelines, and architectures with Azure Data Factory.
• Experience with Microsoft data technologies, including Azure Data Factory, Fabric, SQL Server, and Power BI.
• Ability to perform root-cause analysis across processes and data and identify improvement opportunities.
• 3–5 years of experience managing a BI or Data team.
• Ability to build processes supporting data transformation, workload management, data structures, dependencies, and metadata, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
