What you will do

• Handle, clean, load, and unload precision substrates using cleaning and coating fixturing.
• Inspect optics before and after coating using high-intensity light illumination and microscopes.
• Review technical prints, physical dimensions, cleaning instructions, and coating processes.
• Maintain cleaning and coating records and update reports in the database.
• Maintain a 6S work environment and perform daily tasks in a controlled environment using PPE.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, visual acuity, manual dexterity, and motor skills for handling small parts with tooling.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow safety and process instructions.
• Experience cleaning and inspecting Ti-Sa, BBO, and LBO crystal substrates.
• Knowledge of thin-film coating processes.
• Experience with ultrasonic cleaning lines and UVO cleaning.
