ETCH Customer Support Technician II (Semiconductor Equipment)

What you will do

• Perform Tier I procedures, including wafer measurement.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and wet cleaning independently.
• Assist senior engineers with corrective maintenance and diagnose basic technical problems.
• Disassemble, clean, and rebuild kits as part of kit management quality.
• Apply diagnostic techniques, documentation, test equipment, best known methods, and knowledge management systems.
• Represent hirify.global professionally at customer sites while maintaining an orderly work area and following safety procedures.

Requirements

• Analytical skills and the ability to apply scientific methods.
• Ability to recognize and resolve typical problems using established procedures.
• Ability to communicate information and collaborate with other teams.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom and use required personal protective equipment.
• Physical ability to walk extensively, stand for extended periods, work in tight spaces, bend, kneel, climb stairs and ladders, and lift up to 35 lb.
• Ability to distinguish colors and work around noise; ability to use hand and power tools.
