Senior AI & Data Analyst/Engineer

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; regular attendance at the Karlín offices is expected

What you will do

• Shape tools and processes that deliver business value through data, AI, and traditional machine learning.
• Design and implement AI projects from prototypes through production.
• Consult with HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, leadership, and other stakeholders to identify needs and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Build and own solutions end to end, from problem scoping to delivery of working products.
• Make AI tools more accessible to non-technical users and improve the use of existing tooling.
• Explore the existing technology stack and extend it when necessary while balancing technical complexity with business impact.

Requirements

• Experience with AI frameworks and tooling such as Pydantic AI, Langfuse, or alternatives.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with analytical databases such as Snowflake or similar systems.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or similar.
• Ability to turn AI and ML prototypes into production-ready solutions.
• Proactivity, autonomy, pragmatic decision-making, and strong communication with leadership and stakeholders.
