AI Senior Solutions Architect (AI): Designing, piloting, and scaling production-ready AI/ML architectures, data pipelines, and model frameworks for enterprise solutions with an accent on cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, and responsible AI governance. Focus on moving customer PoCs into scalable production environments, translating ambiguous business requirements into cost-effective architectures, and establishing organization-wide AI lifecycle practices.
Location: Primarily in-office in London, Staines, United Kingdom, or Prague, Czech Republic

What you will do
- Design and scale end-to-end AI/ML solution patterns, data pipelines, and model architectures integrated with enterprise offerings.
- Lead MVPs and proofs of concept for strategic global customer engagements.
- Move experimental AI models into scalable, commercially viable production environments.
- Translate complex customer requirements into high-performance, cost-effective AI solutions.
- Define best practices for AI model lifecycle management, data governance, and responsible AI usage.
Requirements
- Proven experience building, deploying, and maintaining production-level AI/ML solutions.
- Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain and cloud-native AI platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Deep expertise in data platforms, data pipelines, and high-throughput distributed systems such as Spark or Kafka.
- Ability to provide technical leadership across engineering, product, sales, and delivery teams.
- Expected to work from the office in accordance with policies, except during PTO, work travel, or approved leave.
