Manufacturing Technician II, Filling (Biomanufacturing)

Location: USA - OH - West Chester; onsite manufacturing floor. Work is performed on a 12-hour day or night shift using a 2-2-3 schedule: 6:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. or 6:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.

Salary: $21.50–$32.00 per hour

What you will do

• Operate, assemble, disassemble, start up, adjust, and sanitize filling equipment.
• Supply filling machines with materials, remove finished materials, and maintain smooth product flow.
• Perform filter integrity testing, in-process and finished-material inspections, line clearances, and cosmetic checks.
• Complete batch records, GMP documentation, SCADA and HMI entries, inventory reconciliation, and OEE data collection.
• Maintain cleaning, housekeeping, safety, and cGMP standards in controlled and classified areas.
• Support preventive maintenance, validation and engineering protocols, 5S, SMED, problem-solving, and process improvement activities.

Requirements

• English proficiency is required for understanding, reading, writing, communication, and following instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate recordkeeping, and the ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Ability to learn new skills, work effectively in a team, and adapt to a changing and demanding environment.
• Ability to work the assigned 12-hour day or night shift and occasional overtime with limited advance notice.
• Visa and work authorization sponsorship or support is not available.
• Ability to demonstrate and maintain gown qualification standards for sterile operations.

Nice to have

• High school, vocational school, or equivalent education.
• Experience with isolators, filling production, pharmaceutical or cGMP-regulated environments.
• Understanding of aseptic processing and techniques, LEAN manufacturing, cGMPs, and FDA procedures.
