Frontend Developer (React/Next.js)

Location: Hybrid role based in Milan, Italy, with in-person collaboration at the Milan HQ

Annual salary: €40,000–€100,000, plus commission, equity, and performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Build and maintain frontend features using React and Next.js.
• Deliver intuitive, high-performance user interfaces and seamless user experiences.
• Integrate APIs in collaboration with backend engineers to support reliability and frontend performance.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver new features.
• Apply coding standards, best practices, Git workflows, and code review practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of frontend development experience.
• Strong skills in React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Solid knowledge of Git workflows, branching strategies, and code reviews.
• Proactive, adaptable, and strong problem-solving approach with the ability to take ownership of projects.
• Availability for a hybrid working arrangement in Milan, Italy.

Nice to have

• Interest or experience in machine learning or natural language processing.
