(Senior) Frontend Engineer - AI (m/f/x)

Location: Munich, Germany. International relocation support is provided if required, and there is an opportunity to work from abroad.

What you will do

• Build and run frontend products for a growing digital investment and banking platform.
• Develop agentic features across the product, including a CLI, MCP server, and unified agentic chat.
• Enrich products with AI-powered features and chatbot experiences.
• Write clean, testable, maintainable, secure, and well-documented code.
• Lead technical discussions with engineering, product, data science, AI, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and scalable foundations for agentic product experiences.

Requirements

• Solid experience delivering complex software projects with end-to-end ownership.
• Relevant university degree or comparable qualification.
• Professional experience with TypeScript, React, Webpack, Next.js, Apollo GraphQL, Docker, and AWS.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving and ambiguous product environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills across technical and product domains.
• Professional fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• FinTech background.
• Experience with or strong interest in AI-powered products, agentic systems, LLM applications, MCP, chat interfaces, or developer tooling.
• Interest in working across product, platform, and AI-related technology domains.
