Web Software Engineer (AEM)

What you will do

• Build modern web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Develop reusable, scalable, and maintainable components on the Adobe Experience Manager platform.
• Integrate REST APIs with backend services and enterprise systems.
• Improve online sales funnels, self-service customer areas, personalization, and app-web omnichannel journeys.
• Optimize performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility while maintaining code quality through testing and reviews.
• Coordinate external vendors, monitor delivery quality, and collaborate with UX, marketing, business, and international Group stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in web development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including the DOM and rendering lifecycle.
• Experience with React or similar frontend frameworks and REST API integration.
• Basic Java knowledge and familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager.
• Experience with Git and Agile methodologies, including code reviews and Agile ceremonies.
• English is required for international collaboration.
