Research Associate, Process Development (I,II,III)

What you will do

• Support small-scale and scale-up process development experiments under scientist supervision.
• Perform cell line maintenance and leukopak processing, including isolation, activation, gene modification, expansion, and cryopreservation.
• Develop technical documents, procedures, reports, and presentations of experimental results.
• Support technology characterization experiments evaluating equipment and consumable performance.
• Perform routine laboratory activities, including ordering and equipment qualification and maintenance.

Requirements

• BS/MS or equivalent degree in Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• 0–4 years of process development or cGMP manufacturing experience in cell therapy or bioprocessing.
• Hands-on experience with aseptic technique and semi-automated instruments for cell therapy manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving, attention-to-detail, technical writing, SOP authoring, and report-writing skills.
• Creative, self-motivated, adaptable, and willing to work across a broad range of process development tasks.

Nice to have

• Experience with primary immune cell culture or bioreactors.
