Director of Product Management (Cybersecurity)

Location: San Jose, California, United States; on-site. Must be able to work in person at the San Jose office.

hirify.global develops a cybersecurity posture automation platform that uses AI and automation to help organizations inventory assets, manage vulnerabilities, and quantify cyber risk.

What you will do

• Lead one or more product areas and drive product vision, strategy, development, and customer outcomes.
• Develop data-driven product visions and roadmaps that establish development priorities.
• Balance strategic growth objectives, customer use cases, and development capabilities.
• Collaborate with the CTO, engineering, UX/design, and product teams to scope, design, develop, and launch high-impact capabilities.
• Engage customers and prospects to refine the roadmap and support go-to-market activities.
• Help scale the product management process and team while reporting to the Chief Product Officer.

Requirements

• MS or BS in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in a related field, including 5+ years in technology-oriented product management or consulting.
• 3–5 years designing and delivering modern B2B SaaS products at scale.
• Strong technical foundation in cybersecurity, IT/cloud infrastructure, and enterprise software development.
• Extensive background in vulnerability management and experience with modern software design and UX.
• Must be able to work in person at the San Jose office.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Prior startup experience.
