IFS Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant (IGT1)

Location: Port City, Western Province, Sri Lanka; hybrid work

What you will do

• Analyze maintenance workflows, asset hierarchies, reliability strategies, and business requirements.
• Configure hirify.global Cloud EAM modules, including Equipment, Work Order, Maintenance Planning, Linear Asset, Asset Management, B2B Service, and MRO.
• Design integrations with IoT, GIS, and ERP systems in collaboration with developers.
• Define functional specifications, migrate legacy asset data, and build operational lobbies, reports, and dashboards.
• Deliver training and documentation, support UAT, and guide teams through system cutover and hypercare.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of hirify.global Cloud EAM.
• Mastery of Asset Management, Work Order, B2B Service, and MRO modules.
• Experience in capital-intensive industries such as Utilities, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing.
• Understanding of ISO 55000 asset management standards.
• Strong stakeholder management, technical writing, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
