AI/Data Technical Consultant (AI)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; onsite attendance at the Karlín Offices

What you will do

• Help build hirify.global’s AI domain from the ground up and shape its direction.
• Consult with HR, Sales, Marketing, Operations, leadership, and other stakeholders to identify underlying business problems.
• Design and implement AI projects from prototypes through production.
• Build end-to-end solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase the value of existing tools.
• Make AI and data tools accessible to non-technical users.
• Evaluate the technology stack and introduce additional tools when needed.

Requirements

• Technical consultant mindset with the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into practical solutions.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with analytical databases such as Snowflake or similar.
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or similar.
• Ability to turn AI and ML prototypes into production-ready solutions.
• Strong communication skills, proactivity, autonomy, and a pragmatic approach to technical complexity and business value.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI frameworks and tooling such as Pydantic AI and Langfuse, or comparable alternatives.
