AI Engineering Manager

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of AI engineers and data scientists.
• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for AI initiatives in alignment with organizational goals and business impact.
• Drive the design, development, and deployment of high-performance NLP and computer vision models.
• Oversee the architectural integrity, scalability, and operational efficiency of AI systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into products.
• Lead hands-on research, technical exploration, and prototyping.

Requirements

• Experience leading technical teams delivering complex AI/ML projects from concept to production.
• Deep expertise in Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision, including architectural guidance.
• Strong collaborative leadership and experience mentoring talent.
• Ability to communicate technical strategy and complex AI concepts to stakeholders and business leaders.
• Expertise in designing scalable, efficient AI systems and evaluating model performance against business KPIs.
• Expected to work from the Prague office except during paid time off, work travel, or other approved leave.
