AI Engineer (LLM)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days working from home.

What you will do

• Architect, develop, deploy, monitor, and evaluate customer-facing AI agents that improve the shopping experience.
• Build and maintain autonomous AI agents that reason, plan, and execute complex business processes, including human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Develop real-time voice AI systems capable of interacting with spoken user input.
• Own the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, production deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Establish observability and evaluation frameworks with reliable quality standards and guardrails.
• Optimize AI cost efficiency through model routing, caching, and prompt and context optimization while collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of software engineering experience with strong Python proficiency.
• Experience building and deploying applications on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Solid understanding of AI, LLM, and ML fundamentals, with hands-on experience delivering production-grade LLM systems and agentic architectures.
• Experience using modern coding agents to produce production-ready code efficiently.
• Production operations experience, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, LLMOps, versioning, observability, evaluation, and cost management.
• Pragmatic, product-oriented thinking and strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with frontend development or mobile application development.
