Social Distribution Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in the New York City or San Francisco office, United States

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 base salary per year, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Own social distribution strategy across LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms, with LinkedIn as the primary growth channel.
• Partner with research and customer-facing teams to identify insights, stories, quotes, and proof points for social content.
• Build a repeatable pipeline that turns internal data, customer insights, and original research into high-performing posts.
• Develop executive voice and employee advocacy programs, including ghostwriting, content kits, training, and performance tracking.
• Set creative direction for social and video content and create distribution playbooks for reports, webinars, launches, and pillar content.
• Track social analytics, test platform-specific tactics, and adapt strategy to algorithm and channel changes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience building social distribution programs with measurable growth in followers, engagement, and attributed pipeline.
• Deep understanding of LinkedIn content performance and algorithms.
• Strong writing skills, including executive voice development and ghostwriting.
• Systems-oriented approach to creating repeatable content and distribution playbooks.
• Analytical, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology marketing for professional audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with employee advocacy platforms such as GaggleAMP or Sprout.
• Background in executive communications, data journalism, research communications, or translating complex information into accessible stories.
