Lead Associate - DevOps (Microsoft Fabric)

What you will do

• Design GitHub workflows, branching strategies, pull request standards, and source control practices for Microsoft Fabric workspaces and data products.
• Build CI/CD processes for Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, data engineering, analytics, and AI delivery across development, testing, and production environments.
• Partner with data engineering, analytics, security, and product teams to automate deployments, testing, release management, and monitoring.
• Develop reusable DevOps patterns, scripts, templates, documentation, and standards to improve delivery speed, quality, traceability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot deployments, manage configurations, support workspace integration, and maintain secure, scalable platform operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, data engineering, cloud engineering, or software delivery.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, source control, branching models, pull requests, release automation, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure DevOps, Azure services, infrastructure as code, scripting, APIs, and data platform delivery.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to translate delivery needs into scalable DevOps solutions.
